We understand sometimes Landlords want to remain involved with their residential lettings. We offer a solution to allow a private landlord to choose which parts of letting a property they need assistance with. This not only can minimise some of the costs associated, but also gives them an insight into the value of instructing a property management professional.
Property Viewings
Some of our Clients are out of area making it difficult for them to view properties in the North East which they are interested in buying. A cost effective solution to this, is to instruct us to do the viewing on their behalf and send them a report the say day. As experienced property buyers, we can assist and often highlight issues an inexperienced vendor may miss.
Compliance Review
