Flexible property management packages

We aim to provide a solution to the offerings on the high street which are generally offered as packages. These packages do not allow the Client the flexibility of taking on some of the tasks themselves, whilst using a Property Management company to ensure they are legally compliant.  Becoming a Landlord can be a steep learning curve, we understand this from experience.

Since becoming private Landlords ourselves, we have aimed to not only educate ourselves and successfully manage our own portfolio, but are also ARLA Propertymark qualified in Residential Lettings & Management and Inventories.

Members of ARLA Propertymark Inventories are experts who are up-to-date with regulations and best practice and adhere to a Code of Practice.
